A. No, the products on our website are replacement tiffany shades, none of our shades come with fittings.

A. If for whatever reason you wish to return part or all of your order, please contact customer services. A member of our team will then be in touch to help you arrange your return.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Once you have placed an order, we unfortunately cannot cancel it at this time, unless your item has gone out of stock. Once your order is in dispatch we cannot stop it, however if you no longer want your order, please refuse the delivery and it will be sent back to us. Once we receive the return we will contact you to confirm you no longer want this order and we will refund you.

Q: Who delivers my order?
A: We will check and pack your shade in our warehouse and then ship with DHL Express Worldwide. DHL will contact you and let you know when your shipment is due to arrive and offer a number of different delivery options if you are not going to be home.

Q. Will all my items arrive together?
A. We will always attempt to have all the items in your order sent in one dispatch, however, it may be necessary to send your lights in more than one box and in more than one delivery. You will only be charged for a single delivery even if we send your order separately.

Q. I placed an order and I’m sure my payment was accepted, but I’ve had no confirmation from you.
A. Our system will automatically confirm lighting orders to the email address you enter when ordering online. If an email address is entered incorrectly, we will be unable to confirm your order. Sometimes emails will get delivered to your spam folder, so it's always worth checking this folder. If you want to double-check that we have received your order, then please just contact us with your details and we can check your order status.

Q. Do your prices include taxes?
A. Since Tax is not applicable on sales to Non EU member countries our online shop automatically removes VAT from your order during checkout. Please note that some Non EU countries may charge import Duty or other Taxes which cannot be accounted for by our website. Customers in Non EU countries should note they are directly responsibility for the full payment of any further TAX or Import Duty incurred as goods are delivered.

Q. My goods are faulty; how do I arrange a replacement?
A. If you receive goods that are faulty or are incorrect then please contact our customer services and they will arrange refund or replacement.

A. If you are not satisfied with your order or the level of service you have received please contact our customer services team; we always welcome feedback from our customers.

A. We understand not everyone is comfortable placing orders online and sometimes things go wrong with the internet. Q. The shade I want is out of stock, when will it be avalible?
A. We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.
